Our story

We build support models around schools, not generic service packages.

For more than 25 years, Diamond Technologies has worked with schools throughout Chicagoland. That work has provided valuable insight into how school operations, classroom technology, staffing, and security needs have evolved.

This experience is what allows us to provide a full suite of IT services for education rather than a set of disconnected technology tasks. We help schools keep systems stable, secure, and aligned to their mission.

Since 1995 we have prioritized meaningful partnerships with our schools. Every school operates differently, and every school faces different budget, staffing, and technology pressures.

Diamond Technologies partners with schools in ways that fit their educational model and work within their budget. The result is support that is practical, sustainable, and focused on better learning outcomes.

Three decades in schools

Classroom technology kept changing. We kept up.

1995

Labs and wired networks

Shared computer labs, wired classrooms, and the first school email accounts.

2000s

Projectors and early boards

Projectors, laptop carts, and the first generation of interactive whiteboards.

2010s

One device per student

Chromebook fleets, cloud platforms, and Wi-Fi that had to work in every room.

Today

Interactive panels and real threats

4K touch displays at the front of class, with ransomware defense behind the scenes.

Ditech has supported Chicagoland schools through every one of these shifts, which is exactly why our plans start with where your school is now, not where a product catalog says it should be.

What partnership means here

Long term support, practical execution, clear guidance.

01

Listen, then adapt

Listening to the school's educational and operational goals, and adapting services to the school's actual staffing and budget.

02

Reliability over quick fixes

Prioritizing long term reliability over one time fixes, so systems stay stable across school years.

03

Sound decisions

Helping school leaders make sound technology decisions with clear, practical guidance.
